Rentals, merchandise and labour charges are due 25th of the month following invoice date. A 2% (26.8% per annum) service charge will be added to all overdue accounts. Equipment is due as arranged at the time of the original sale.

The applicant acknowledges and consents to credit and a report containing credit or personal information obtained by Broadline Equipment Rentals Ltd. and to the disclosure of information to any credit reporting agency or to any person with whom the undersigned has or proposes to have financial relations.

Termination, changes and updates of this agreement at any time without notice shall be at the sole discretion of Broadline Equipment Rentals Ltd. I hereby apply for a credit account at Broadline Equipment Rentals Ltd. and agree to all terms and conditions as set out in the agreement.
